WE ARE EXCITED FOR THE 2020 FOOTBALL SEASON TO BEGIN!!

A lot of changes are happening this year, especially the new age brackets provided by the CCMFL and new social distancing regulations that we need to follow to ensure our community remains safe.    

 

With that, we have decided to offer digital sign-ups for the 2020 season and one in-person registration when social distancing regulations are lifted.  This is the first time we have done this, so please be patient as we navigate this unfamiliar terrain.

AGE GROUPS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON

Flag Cheer and Football: 6-7

Peewee Cheer and Football: 8-9

Midget Cheer and Football: 10-11

* 12 and 13 year olds interested in football  are no longer eligible for the program due to the newly established SCCSD Modified Football program.

​

* 12 and 13 year olds who are interested in cheer may signup for the program and if there is enough interest we may be able to have a team for only competition purposes. 

​

New families will not know what team they're drafted into until the beginning of July.  The team they were selected for will reach out to you directly.

 

We will try to accommodate all team requests, but it will ultimately depend on how many athletes each team has on the roster. Siblings of returning players/cheerleaders will automatically be placed on their respective team. Cousins and other extended family will be considered, but it is not guaranteed.

Payment and additional paperwork including birth certificate will be due on Monday, July 27 at the first practice of the season (This date may change according to NYS social distancing orders).  

Ultimately, we will adhere to the recommendations from the CDC and local public health officials to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

​

Parents will be required to be at the first practice to finalize paperwork and attend a potential parent meeting.
